One live 90-minute group session a week, Fridays around 4 pm Zurich (10 am New York). Every session is recorded. Two-week break over Christmas.
Hormesis Breathing, Tummo, Kumbhaka and the slow practices, with the physiology under each. Who each technique is for, who should not do it, and how to screen. You pass the safety check before you lead anyone.
Session design, cueing, pacing, and what to do when someone panics, cries or falls asleep. Live, on a call, and on a recording. You lead practice sessions and hand in a video each month for a personal review.
You decide who you teach and how you say it, set up one channel, and publish your first piece of teaching. You run your first workshop, online or in person, and I help you fill it. Simple, but not easy, which is why you don't do it alone.
Three months is the fastest path. If you need longer, you take longer.

Pass the safety and contraindications check.
Lead practice sessions and work with the feedback.
Run one workshop, online or in person, and hand in the debrief.
Pass the final teaching exam.
Pass, and you're a certified breathwork teacher through Kitaro Waga's Breathwork Teacher Program. The title and the core material stay yours, subscribed or not.

One group Q&A and coaching session every month. This is where your marketing, branding and video questions get answered.
Submit one video every month, a guided breathing session or a class you taught. You get specific notes back on cueing, pacing and presence.
One every quarter. I ran Meta and Google Ads at a large agency. I go through your account and tell you what I'd change.
Plus the templates and tactics I update as I learn what works.
I'm in every session, I do the reviews myself, and I'll be there for your first workshop. That's why the group stays small.
Most live certifications cost $3,500 to $7,000 and stop at the certificate. Your Breath Rituals membership is included in both options.
The Teacher Plan costs $980 every year. In year one the certification is part of it at no extra cost. Started monthly? Switch within 30 days and I'll credit what you've paid.
Do the work and hand in your workshop plan by day 60. If you still haven't run your first workshop by day 90, I refund what you paid.
Handed in every assignment and still need a retake? That's on me. The extra month is free.
